Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for the ESG reporting application to build a competitive, end-to-end reporting product and platform
• Design and ship experiences including AI-powered multi-player report authoring and flexible report customization
• Drive deep discovery to uncover new product opportunities using customer feedback and product analytics
• Build the vision and product strategy for the next chapter of the product
• Partner closely with EPD and GTM teams to execute and understand market needs
• Leverage AI throughout the design process and within the product itself

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing software, preferably in B2B or complex technical spaces
• Proven track record of shipping powerful and intuitive product experiences
• Proficiency in design craft fundamentals, interaction design, and visual polish
• Experience shipping AI products and using AI tools for discovery and design execution
• Strong systems thinking skills and experience with 0-1 product building
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a desire to become an expert in the climate domain
