Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from zero to shipped
• Use AI tools daily to prototype and move faster than traditional workflows
• Build independently including prototypes, working flows, and production-ready work
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and data teams to ship with conviction
• Raise the bar on craft and customer utility
• Mentor other designers in an AI-native way of working

Requirements

• 10+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio
• Daily use of AI tools in your actual design workflow
• Strong instincts for product feel and usability
• Experience in fast-moving, adaptive environments
• Proficiency in Figma

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B/SaaS products
• HTML/CSS or front-end development skills
• Experience designing AI products or workflows
• Ability to prototype in code
