Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy in alignment with product vision and senior stakeholders
• Translate complex business and user needs into user-centric design solutions
• Drive the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research to high-fidelity implementation
• Deliver production-ready, high-quality web and mobile experiences using Figma
• Act as the voice of the user in product discussions and advocate for design best practices
• Build intelligence layers for category and store management within the Global Q-Commerce Hub

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in product design
• Extensive experience designing heavy data-driven B2B products
• Strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile user experiences
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and its distributed version control tools
• Proven experience leading user research and usability testing initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, global environment
