About the role
Responsibilities
- Define the user experience and visual language for a game-changing enterprise SaaS product
- Develop design flows, user journeys, and storyboards incorporating information architecture and Web UI design
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scope alignment
- Create rapid prototypes to articulate design concepts and align internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct usability testing, user research, and interviews to drive informed product decisions
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop approaches that meet complex product needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UX design, engineering design, cognitive science, or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of product/interaction design experience with enterprise UI/SaaS and Mobile standards
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interaction and visual design work
- Proven experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences
- Experience leading other designers as a project lead
- Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with people management or hiring
- Background working with Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization products
