Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define the user experience and visual language for a game-changing enterprise SaaS product
• Develop design flows, user journeys, and storyboards incorporating information architecture and Web UI design
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scope alignment
• Create rapid prototypes to articulate design concepts and align internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct usability testing, user research, and interviews to drive informed product decisions
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to develop approaches that meet complex product needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, engineering design, cognitive science, or equivalent relevant experience
• 7+ years of product/interaction design experience with enterprise UI/SaaS and Mobile standards
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interaction and visual design work
• Proven experience shipping Enterprise Admin experiences
• Experience leading other designers as a project lead
• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with people management or hiring
• Background working with Machine Learning, Data Analytics, or Data Visualization products
