Responsibilities

• Lead design work with autonomy from scratch, identifying needs and raising the quality bar
• Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for prediction markets, finance, and social networks
• Prototype quickly using tools like Figma, Cursor, and light code to validate assumptions
• Conduct user research and analyze behavior to inform product direction
• Define and evolve the company design system
• Act as a force-multiplier by modeling great thinking and collaboration across the company

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing high-quality consumer products
• Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one environments
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Proficiency in Figma, Cursor, or V0
• Ability to think at a system level while maintaining high attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for presenting work and making cases
• Deep curiosity about markets, incentives, and the future of truth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or data-rich products
• Exposure to trading, DeFi, or financial systems
