Staff Product Designer – Payments

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Strategists to define problems, map user flows, and prototype interactions for new products and services.
• Act as a de facto creative director for innovative projects, indirectly leading the work of designers, PMs, and engineers.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization and manage executive stakeholders effectively.
• Utilize research methods to understand technological, business, and user constraints and opportunities.
• Drive the design vision and strategy for global products, helping teams navigate ambiguity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design, specifically within payments or a closely aligned domain.
• Mastery of UX, visual, and interaction design craft.
• Proven experience with 0 to 1 product development or major product redesigns.
• Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to design for both digital and offline experiences.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make complex information and tools easily digestible for users.
