Responsibilities

• Define and deliver user-first solutions across mobile, desktop, and web platforms
• Translate complex problems and abstract ideas into elegant, usable solutions grounded in user needs and business goals
• Design intelligent, AI-powered experiences that feel natural, transparent, and trustworthy
• Conduct discovery, rapid prototyping, and user testing to explore AI-driven possibilities
• Partner across product, research, and engineering disciplines to align design outcomes
• Champion design quality, ensuring all touchpoints are cohesive, accessible, and human-centered

Requirements

• Proven track record of designing and shipping mobile-first B2C products at scale
• Mastery of end-to-end product design including UX research, interaction, visual design, and systems thinking
• Strong strategic mindset with an understanding of how design drives business growth
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating design process and product impact
• Deep user empathy and experience with data-informed design decisions
• Experience designing for AI-driven features like personalization or automation is a strong plus
• Experience in cybersecurity or financial services is helpful
