Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Define product design strategy for high-level, ambiguous business challenges to align user needs with commercial goals
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to drive architectural decisions and platform-wide design standards
• Champion a culture of design excellence by mentoring senior designers and fostering high-quality craft
• Identify and tackle systemic design opportunities to improve performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction at scale
• Act as a bridge between functions to align cross-functional teams around a unified product vision

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex design initiatives from conception to launch in large-scale, high-growth environments
• Proven ability to define and drive design strategy while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Demonstrated track record of mentoring designers and elevating work quality within high-performing teams
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex visions to senior leadership
• Deep technical fluency and a strategic understanding of how design influences engineering constraints and product outcomes
