Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead ambiguous, 0-to-1 design problems in the Metrics space, shaping new product surfaces from concept through launch
• Partner with engineering and product teams to translate deeply technical subject matter into simple, scalable user experiences
• Design, prototype, and validate complex flows that account for diverse customer sizes and technical stacks
• Communicate design decisions and strategic vision to product teams, leadership, and the broader design organization
• Advocate for systems thinking and champion high design quality across the organization
• Act as a strategic multiplier for engineering velocity and organizational alignment

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product design
• Proven track record of leading end-to-end design on ambiguous, technically deep problems
• Fluency in technical subject matter, including data structures, system architectures, and scaling tradeoffs
• Advanced prototyping skills using tools such as Figma, Cursor, or Claude Code
• Strong expertise in systems thinking to design flows that scale across many variations and edge cases
• Excellent visual and written communication skills
