Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design across multiple product areas, including both net-new (0→1) products and existing workflows
• Act as a strategic partner to Product Managers and Engineers to co-own problem definition and product direction
• Build deep relationships with customers through proactive engagement, interviews, shadowing, and usability testing
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas, including AI-assisted workflows, to validate solutions
• Create high-quality UX, interaction design, and polished UI that balances usability with real-world constraints
• Contribute to and extend design systems to ensure high-quality, consistent implementation across the product suite

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with demonstrated ownership of complex, end-to-end product work
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering teams
• Strong track record of customer obsession and conducting independent user research
• Experience designing in ambiguous, fast-paced, or startup environments
• Proven experience contributing to and extending scalable design systems
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools in design workflows (e.g., prototyping, ideation, or testing)
• Strong UX, interaction design, and visual design fundamentals
