About the Company

Artisan is building real AI employees—autonomous teammates rather than just copilots. Their first product, Ava, is an AI BDR that manages lead research, email sequences, and deliverability. A Y Combinator (W24) graduate, Artisan has raised over $35M and reached $7M+ ARR.

Responsibilities

• Define how humans interact with AI employees and the future of SaaS
• Prototype and design new features in close collaboration with the product team and CEO
• Work with engineering from feature hand-off through to production launch
• Conduct regular customer interviews to understand problems and improve UX
• Help define the long-term product vision and roadmap from a UX-led perspective
• Build and maintain the company design system

Requirements

• 3+ years of Figma product design experience
• Experience in fast-growing SaaS companies
• Product-minded approach focused on user outcomes
• High attention to detail and pixel-perfect design execution
• Ability to work at high velocity in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to anticipate error cases and production functionality issues
