Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Craft signature interaction patterns and infuse motion to disentangle complex flows
• Evolve design best practices for translating feature concepts into scalable UX
• Use prototypes to quickly test ambitious product ideas
• Act as a bridge between design and engineering across iOS, Android, and web
• Drive and maintain a flexible design system to support rapid iteration

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing consumer applications or software
• Mastery of cutting-edge design and prototyping tools
• Strong focus on interaction design, motion, and systems-level thinking
• Meticulous eye for visual finesse and small details
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous early-stage environment
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with consumer social products
• Skills in 3D design
• Experience experimenting with generative AI tools
• Strong interest in art, culture, and fashion trends
