Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Product Strategists, and Writers to define problems, map user flows, and prototype interactions.
• Act as the de facto creative director for innovative projects, indirectly leading teams of designers, product managers, and engineers.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization and manage executive stakeholders effectively.
• Utilize research methods to understand technological, business, and user opportunities and constraints.
• Drive the design of new products and services from concept to launch.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Excellent UX, visual, and interaction design skills.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, set vision, and establish strategy for global products.
• Strong systems-thinking ability with a focus on designing for complex, large-scale environments.
• Experience with 0 to 1 product development or major product redesigns.
• Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
