Staff Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Strategists to define problems, map user flows, and prototype interactions for new products.
• Act as a de facto creative director for innovative projects, indirectly leading teams of designers and engineers.
• Build strong relationships with leaders across the organization through effective communication and executive stakeholder management.
• Utilize research methods to understand technological, business, and user constraints to drive design decisions.
• Help teams navigate ambiguity, set vision, and establish strategy for global-scale products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Exceptional UX, visual, and interaction design skills.
• Proven experience with 0 to 1 product development or major product redesigns.
• Strong systems-thinking ability with a focus on designing for complex, large-scale ecosystems.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex information and tools into digestible, user-friendly experiences.
