About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash modules
- Lead discovery sessions to gather and analyze complex business requirements from global finance teams
- Design, configure, and maintain Zuora RevPro functionalities including SSP policies and revenue schedules
- Configure NetSuite Order Management, Advanced Billing, and Collection Management
- Troubleshoot complex data flow and integration errors between Salesforce, NetSuite, and RevPro
- Leverage NetSuite AI and participate in SOX/SOC reporting and financial audits
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Zuora RevPro and NetSuite Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Experience managing revenue recognition configurations and ASC 606 compliance
- Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, SuiteFlow, and SavedSearch
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams on integrations with Salesforce, Boomi, and data warehouses
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Zuora RevPro Certification
- NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification
- CSPO or CBAP certification
- Knowledge of IPaaS solutions like Celigo or Boomi
