Staff Product Analyst

Responsibilities

• Own the analytical strategy for autonomy and commercial performance
• Act as a thought partner to VP-level Product and Engineering leaders
• Lead the design and governance of experimentation programs
• Drive company-level understanding of commercial deployment performance
• Architect scalable data solutions and analytical layers
• Identify and close critical measurement gaps
• Mentor and elevate senior analysts
• Represent the Product Analytics team in cross-functional leadership forums
• Travel periodically to commercial deployment and operations locations

Requirements

• 8+ years of product analytics experience in high-growth tech
• Expert-level SQL and Python
• Experience architecting analytics systems and pipelines
• Proficiency with Kibana and dashboard tooling
• Experience mentoring senior individual contributors
• Proven ability to communicate with VP and C-suite audiences
• Degree in data analytics, data science, statistics, or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in autonomous systems, logistics, mobility, or safety-critical industries
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
