Staff Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage wafer test process mass production and implement yield improvement strategies to reduce scrap and costs
• Lead the evaluation and setup of wafer testing environments for new product launches
• Ensure stable operation of semiconductor wafer test equipment and drive improvements in testing technology
• Develop mechanisms to prevent customer escapes and enhance overall customer satisfaction through rigorous quality control
• Provide feedback on test results to front-end process teams to ensure high-quality semiconductor manufacturing

Requirements

• Experience in process engineering, wafer testing, or related manufacturing roles
• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Physics (or equivalent technical training)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of semiconductor engineering principles
• Direct experience in semiconductor wafer test engineering or mass production process improvement
