About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop hardware system solutions for customer engagements within the datacenter infrastructure market
- Communicate technical information regarding hardware system development to Business Unit Applications, Sales FAEs, and customers
- Maintain technical relationships with field teams and key datacenter accounts
- Act as a resident authority on design requirements for safety and reliability
- Identify and communicate customer and industry requirements to internal organizations to influence company strategy
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software/firmware engineering teams to develop innovative systems
Requirements
- B.S.E.E. degree (M.S. preferred)
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Datacenter Power Systems (semiconductor or non-semiconductor)
- Proven experience in customer interface and relationship management
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and internationally
