Staff Power Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware system solutions for customer engagements within the datacenter infrastructure market
• Communicate technical information regarding hardware system development to Business Unit Applications, Sales FAEs, and customers
• Maintain technical relationships with field teams and key datacenter accounts
• Act as a resident authority on design requirements for safety and reliability
• Identify and communicate customer and industry requirements to internal organizations to influence company strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software/firmware engineering teams to develop innovative systems

Requirements

• B.S.E.E. degree (M.S. preferred)
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Datacenter Power Systems (semiconductor or non-semiconductor)
• Proven experience in customer interface and relationship management
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to travel frequently, both locally and internationally
