Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding pharmacy services and medication dispensing oversight at our state-of-the-art facility.
• Perform pharmacist duties including drug utilization reviews, patient counseling, and dispensing activities.
• Ensure accurate interpretation, labeling, and product selection of prescriptions.
• Manage pharmacy operational requirements by organizing technician workflow and verifying preparation, labeling, and order entries.
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations, including HIPAA and FDA rules.
• Protect patient and staff safety by adhering to infection-control protocols and maintaining a sanitary work environment.
• Update and maintain patient profile records in accordance with state pharmacy regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in the state of Ohio.
• 2+ years of professional pharmacist experience.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws, rules, and regulations.
• Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems.
• Ability to work flexible shift times.
• Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
