Responsibilities

• Accurately and safely fill prescriptions using established workflow procedures
• Counsel patients on new therapies to ensure understanding and comfort
• Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations
• Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with privacy and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and pharmacy staff to support daily operations
• Ensure full compliance with NAPRA and the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia regulations

Requirements

• Part A license by the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience
• Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems
• Strong attention to detail in prescription preparation and documentation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a mail-order or high-volume pharmacy setting
