Staff Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions
• Verify hard copy and digital prescriptions
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients, and technicians via phone and email
• Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers
• Ensure all legal, privacy, and compliance requirements are met
• Embody company core values in all professional interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active pharmacy license in the state of Ohio
• Ability to obtain a California pharmacy license within 120 days of hire
• Proven experience with pharmacist verification work
• Ability to work on-site in Valley View, OH

Preferred Qualifications

• Clinical judgment expertise
• Prior experience interfacing with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa
