Staff Personalization Specialist - SF and Adobe Target

Responsibilities

• Design and execute personalization and A/B testing use cases across multiple channels including website, email, search, and social media
• Create targeted audiences and content to activate personalized customer experiences
• Manage and maintain recommendation services, engines, and dynamic content delivery components
• Test and analyze experimentation plans to validate personalization hypotheses
• Collaborate with data engineers to ingest and activate user data for personalized experiences
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify new opportunities and translate them into actionable strategy plans
• Analyze and optimize testing results to measure effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work with IT teams to implement and troubleshoot personalization activities and manage technical incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience executing personalization activities across multiple channels
• Proficiency in personalization tools such as Adobe Target or Salesforce Personalization
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including customer segmentation and targeting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
