Staff PCB Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-speed and mixed-signal PCB layout designs to automotive standards
• Drive PCB designs for ADAS, BMS, Body systems, and Infotainment Systems
• Utilize HDI design practices and high-speed routing (DDR4, PCIe, CSI, LVDS)
• Improve package designs by addressing space-constraint challenges
• Build and maintain the component library
• Work with contract manufacturers to develop design rules and implement DFM feedback
• Configure ECAD tools to align with technology design and release processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in PCB Layout design
• Advanced experience with Altium Designer
• Proficiency in Cadence is a plus
• Experience with High Density (HDI), DDR4/PCIe, and signal/power integrity design
• Full life cycle development experience from layout to manufacturing
• Experience in high-speed environments with short development cycles
• Experience defining and developing PCB design processes
