Staff Partner Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers and partners to successfully onboard, partner, and implement Ripple's solutions
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to bring new products and features to market
• Collect, refine, and prioritize customer requirements
• Serve as the functional and technical specialist to achieve business objectives for customers and partners
• Drive the design, deployment, and successful usage of new solutions
• Manage the entire delivery life cycle including training, testing configurations, and launch support
• Travel to customer and partner locations (20-30%)

Requirements

• 8+ years of IT/software experience
• Experience in software solutions and delivery with major global organizations
• Strong understanding of network principles, design, and financial services networks
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues at network, database, and application levels
• Hands-on experience with software development and writing production-grade code
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and partners

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with institutional crypto custody solutions
