Staff Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-centered, outcome-directed care for pediatric surgery patients
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on professional standards
• Assume primary responsibility and accountability for all personally provided patient care
• Supervise care provided by direct subordinates to ensure safety and quality

Requirements

• Graduate of an NLN accredited School of Nursing
• Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS Certification
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00pm-7:00am) including every other weekend

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Pediatric RN
