Staff NOC Core Advanced Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex Tier 2 and Tier 3 service-impacting events to maintain maximum network uptime and stability
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and chronic incident tracking to prevent the recurrence of major network outages
• Implement AI-driven diagnostic tools to automate the identification of network anomalies and subscriber-level observations
• Reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and support KPI deviation corrections to achieve departmental OKRs
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and training to the NOC team to ensure seamless adaptation to infrastructure changes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics-Communication, or Electrical Engineering
• 12 years of experience in Telecom Operational Core environments
• Expertise in 4G/5G Core troubleshooting, including IMS and Packet Core
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and interpreting complex data sets
• Ability to apply machine learning insights to network monitoring and predictive maintenance
