About the role
Responsibilities
- Responsible for product and technology development of 3D NAND
- Electrically evaluate and analyze memory cells, peripheral circuits, and transistors
- Optimize cell array operating voltages, timing, and reliability
- Contribute to manufacturing process improvements based on characterization results
- Perform statistical analysis of variability in mass production
- Develop test programs for cell array characterization and screening tests to improve DPPM
- Conduct failure analysis using electrical methods
- Design TEGs and define design rules for next-generation CMOS development
- Improve CMOS characteristics toward mass production
- Conduct electrical evaluation and statistical data analysis using tools like Spotfire
- Serve as an interface between backend sites and frontend fabs
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience in semiconductor device engineering, failure analysis, or testing
- Proficiency in technical communication and report writing in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Java
- Experience in large-scale data analysis
- Work experience with NAND flash or DRAM devices
