Staff NAND/CMOS Device Engineer

Responsibilities

• Responsible for product and technology development of 3D NAND
• Electrically evaluate and analyze memory cells, peripheral circuits, and transistors
• Optimize cell array operating voltages, timing, and reliability
• Contribute to manufacturing process improvements based on characterization results
• Perform statistical analysis of variability in mass production
• Develop test programs for cell array characterization and screening tests to improve DPPM
• Conduct failure analysis using electrical methods
• Design TEGs and define design rules for next-generation CMOS development
• Improve CMOS characteristics toward mass production
• Conduct electrical evaluation and statistical data analysis using tools like Spotfire
• Serve as an interface between backend sites and frontend fabs

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in semiconductor device engineering, failure analysis, or testing
• Proficiency in technical communication and report writing in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in programming languages such as C, C++, Python, and Java
• Experience in large-scale data analysis
• Work experience with NAND flash or DRAM devices
