Staff Mobile Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of the mobile application from architecture to shipped features
• Build and maintain integrations with external APIs and third-party SDKs
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into polished mobile experiences
• Architect the mobile app for scalability, maintainability, and best-in-class user experience
• Champion code quality, testing, and CI/CD practices for mobile development
• Mentor engineers on mobile best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience
• Deep expertise in React Native
• Proven track record of building multiple mobile applications from scratch
• Mastery of TypeScript in a React Native context
• Strong experience with external API and third-party SDK integration
• Background in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and app store deployment
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• Ability to set technical direction and mentor engineers
• Must be based in the United States
