About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic GTM analytics partner to Marketing and executive leadership
- Evaluate business performance against pipeline, revenue, and marketing objectives
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems using analytical frameworks
- Translate business questions into scalable analytics solutions in collaboration with Data teams
- Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and funnel conversion using Adobe Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and Tableau
- Drive optimization through experimentation, A/B testing, and attribution analysis
- Deliver executive-ready presentations that translate complex findings into actionable recommendations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, GTM, Revenue, or Business Analytics
- Proven experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional business decisions
- Strong understanding of attribution, ROI analysis, and funnel/conversion analytics
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or comparable web analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills using SQL
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
