Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Enhance computational infrastructure and technical approaches for NLP
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address NLP challenges and scale the platform
• Manage and curate large datasets for training and evaluation
• Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify optimization areas
• Incorporate advancements in NLP and Generative AI to maintain competitive edge

Requirements

• 7+ years of software experience
• 2+ years focused on shipping AI or machine learning systems to production
• End-to-end ownership of delivering an AI system to enterprise production
• Strong working knowledge of LLMs, prompting, orchestration, and RAG
• Experience designing evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems
• Experience building and maintaining distributed backend services for ML/AI
• Strong grasp of CS fundamentals, algorithms, and system design
