Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and insights that improve machine learning models
• Design, build, and refine ML models to address business challenges and enhance product capabilities
• Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to support model training and deployment
• Design and optimize data architectures across cloud platforms including Snowflake, GCP, and Azure
• Deploy, evaluate, and monitor models in production while balancing performance and cost efficiency
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define and execute Generative AI integration strategies
• Collaborate multi-functionally to translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience building end-to-end ML systems on cloud platforms
• Strong experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Proficiency in Python or Java, including experience developing APIs and event-driven pipelines
• Experience with scalable data engineering and ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., Kubeflow, Airflow, Dataflow)
• Hands-on experience with cloud and DevOps tools such as GCP, AWS, Azure, Docker, or Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven ability to productionize data science prototypes into scalable, real-world solutions
• Hands-on experience building Generative AI solutions and intelligent agents (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI)
• Expertise in semantic search and retrieval systems, including RAG, NLP, and LLM fine-tuning
• Experience with big data processing and databases like BigQuery, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL
