Staff Lawyer

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Pre-Litigation department
• Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits
• Draft LORs and send Welcome Letters to clients
• Relabel file documents and secure clean client records
• Order police reports, medical records, and bills
• Request Med Pay and send medical referrals
• Generate disbursement sheets
• Send Open Records Requests and Non-Spoliation Letters
• Handle caseload under attorney supervision
• Manage client communication

Requirements

• Law graduate or student
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or Trilingual in English, Arabic, and Spanish)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong active listening and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Access to a PC or laptop with a recommended wired connection
• Noise-canceling headset and a quiet workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with USA Personal Injury Law
• Experience working with USA legal firms
