About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle title work related to interest type and ownership
  • Enter lease details for client review
  • Conduct analysis of interest types of deals and acquisitions
  • Pursue and acquire Registered Professional Landman (RPL) certification if not already possessed
  • Integrate and map tracts and units into proprietary mineral.tech software
  • Ensure strong client confidentiality

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of land experience (title work, leasing, property management, etc.)
  • Proficient with GIS Mapping
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Registered Professional Landman (RPL) certification
