Staff Integration PMO

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for manufacturing network optimization and product insourcing from external suppliers
• Support M&A due diligence and manage the implementation of integration activities
• Manage cross-functional teams across technical, commercial, and production functions
• Develop standardized processes and playbooks for M&A and manufacturing transfers
• Manage capital requests (CB-2), monitor expenditures, and ensure alignment with financial forecasts
• Collaborate with plant managers, Engineering, R&D, Quality, and Finance to execute project plans
• Ensure compliance with regional manufacturing requirements, ISO, GMP, and QMS standards
• Define program resources, establish team roles, and deliver project updates to leadership
• Apply advanced project management methodologies including scope definition, WBS, and risk management

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera
• Solid knowledge of PMI, Agile, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial KPIs
• Familiarity with Medical Device industry regulatory standards
• Advanced English proficiency
• Valid US Visa and passport
• Willingness to travel
