Staff Hardware Project Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project milestones, risks, and execution plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, BIOS/BMC, signal integrity, thermal, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations
• Manage development engineering deliverables through each phase of the product lifecycle
• Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies
• Support program reviews with concise status reporting and data-driven decision making
• Coordinate issue resolution across engineering organizations to remove blockers

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of Project Engineering experience
• Strong understanding of digital and mixed-signal electronic systems
• Experience working with ODMs, contract manufacturers, or external engineering partners
• Strong hardware background
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel internationally and domestically as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with server, networking, embedded, AI/ML hardware, or datacenter platforms
• Experience supporting NPI and manufacturing ramp activities
• Experience with schematic review and PCB design fundamentals
