Staff Growth Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect the growth stack including experimentation platforms, analytics pipelines, feature flags, and credits systems
• Ship the monetization surface area such as pricing tiers, usage metering, checkout, and subscriptions
• Make technical decisions on growth bets, including whether to experiment or commit, and rebuild or iterate
• Mentor other engineers in experimentation and product thinking
• Identify high-impact opportunities within data and resolve growth bottlenecks

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building production web applications
• Full-stack proficiency with a track record of moving business metrics like revenue, activation, and retention
• Strong architectural skills and ability to make build-vs-buy decisions
• Deep understanding of experimentation and statistical methodologies
• Fluency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong product and business sense
• Experience with payments, billing, and fraud at scale
• Experience with 0→1 monetization or scaling growth from early stage through Series B+
• Experience building experimentation platforms from scratch
