Staff Global Supply Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the purchasing of services, consumables, and specialty materials for Capital Projects or manufacturing facilities
• Develop and implement procurement strategies, tactical plans, and operational workflows
• Manage Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders in compliance with internal policies
• Develop and own global supply chain strategies aligned with growth and sustainability goals
• Lead end-to-end network design initiatives including supplier selection and logistics optimization
• Define and track KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and supplier quality
• Coordinate activities with suppliers, including contract management, negotiations, and RFP management
• Analyze costs, operations, and forecast data to determine progress toward project goals
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, operations, and project management teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Procurement, or Construction-related roles
• Experience sourcing services, consumables, or commodities in project-based environments
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel modeling
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and lead negotiations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in capital projects, EPC, or manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with ERP or procurement platforms like SAP, Coupa, or Oracle
• Exposure to sustainability-driven supply chain practices
• APICS CSCP, CPIM, or similar procurement certifications
