HomeVision is building the next generation of AI-powered software for the $13 trillion mortgage industry. Our platform, MIRA (Machine Intelligence Review Assistant), automates labor-intensive document processing and underwriting, helping lenders close loans faster and with less friction.
Responsibilities
- Ship product end-to-end from database schema to UI components
- Architect robust solutions for complex loan file data to ensure high availability and low latency
- Work closely with ML teams to integrate AI services into the core SaaS platform
- Drive continuous improvement by championing effective development practices and AI-powered tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of software engineering experience in a production environment
- Strong backend experience with Go, Java, C++, or similar strongly typed languages
- Proficiency with React, TypeScript, or similar modern JS frameworks
- Experience building on AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3) and familiarity with Docker
- Proven ability to lead projects and take ownership of outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Python in a data or ML context (pandas, numpy)
- Background in Fintech, Mortgage Tech, or complex workflow automation
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Pulumi) or DevOps practices
