Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and drive technical architecture for critical software platforms supporting engineering and manufacturing
• Architect, design, and develop complex full-stack applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and GraphQL
• Design scalable, resilient, and maintainable distributed systems and backend services
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics, and Product teams to translate requirements into software solutions
• Establish software engineering best practices, coding standards, and testing strategies
• Mentor and develop senior, mid-level, and junior engineers

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React
• Deep understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and API design
• Proven success leading technical initiatives across multiple teams or products
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Ability to lawfully access information subject to U.S. export controls

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in advanced manufacturing, robotics, aerospace, or automotive industries
• Understanding of digital manufacturing ecosystems (MES, ERP, PLM)
• Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures
• Proficiency in designing data-intensive and event-driven architectures
• Knowledge of software integration with robotic systems or industrial equipment
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI applied to manufacturing workflows
