Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define the client architecture strategy for Real-Time Operations (RTO) to enable scalable, vertical-specific workflows across global markets.
• Shape platform configurability and extensibility to ensure shared foundations support diverse customer segments and regions.
• Evolve frontend architecture, including module boundaries, shared component libraries, and build/delivery systems.
• Steward cross-cutting concerns such as authentication, session management, localization, accessibility, and UI cohesion.
• Drive client reliability, performance, and observability for mission-critical, real-time experiences.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering by establishing reusable workflows and quality gates.
• Mentor senior engineers and act as a technical force multiplier for the organization.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to translate roadmaps into durable technical strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with Staff or Principal level technical leadership.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular and/or React).
• Proven track record of designing and scaling systems to millions of users.
• Experience with modular package ecosystems, module federation, or shared component libraries.
• Experience building extensible platforms that serve multiple customer verticals or regions on a common foundation.
• Strong ability to reason from first principles and navigate architectural ambiguity.
• Demonstrated use of AI-assisted engineering tools within the development lifecycle.
