Staff Full Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define the client architecture strategy for Real-Time Operations (RTO) to enable scalable, vertical-specific workflows across global markets.
• Shape platform configurability and extensibility to ensure shared foundations support diverse customer segments and regions.
• Evolve frontend architecture, including module boundaries, shared component libraries, and build/delivery systems.
• Steward cross-cutting platform concerns such as authentication, session management, localization, accessibility, and UI cohesion.
• Drive client reliability, performance, and observability for mission-critical, real-time situational awareness software.
• Lead the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows and quality gates across the client development lifecycle.
• Mentor senior engineers and partner with product and design leaders to translate roadmaps into durable technical strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with technical leadership at the Staff or Principal level.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep frontend expertise with a strong command of TypeScript and modern frameworks (Angular and/or React).
• Proven experience designing and building systems that scale to millions of users.
• Experience with modular package ecosystems, module federation, or shared component libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to reason from first principles to solve complex architectural challenges.
• Experience building extensible platforms that serve multiple customer verticals or international regions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of improving production system reliability, load times, and error rates at scale.
• Daily proficiency with AI-assisted engineering tools and the ability to validate AI output against security and performance standards.
• Strong, structured communication skills with the ability to influence leaders across organizational boundaries.
