Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own vertical web applications end-to-end, from initial idea and architecture design to production and operational excellence.
• Architect backend services using Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js with a focus on simplicity and reusability.
• Build polished, high-performance frontend experiences using React, TypeScript, and Ant Design.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into industry-specific platforms for Healthcare, Political, and Retail sectors.
• Ship continuously through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high observability, resilience, and reliability.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini) to enhance development velocity and software quality.
• Mentor fellow engineers and lead technical initiatives to bring clarity to complex architectural decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a history of owning and operating large-scale systems.
• Deep proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Strong frontend development skills in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and operating scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems.
• Practical experience with Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Comfortable navigating multi-tenant and compliant environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MarTech or AdTech (e.g., DSPs, bid stream processing, or data-intensive platforms).
• Domain expertise in Healthcare, Political, or Retail industries.
