Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own vertical web applications from initial idea through to production, including architecture design, building, and operational management.
• Architect backend services using Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js with a focus on simplicity and reusability.
• Build polished frontend experiences using React, TypeScript, and Ant Design Systems.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into vertical applications to drive innovation in specific domains.
• Ship continuously through CI/CD pipelines while ensuring high observability, resilience, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners and mentor fellow engineers to lead technical initiatives and drive consensus.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini) to enhance development velocity and quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a history of owning and operating production systems.
• Deep proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
• Strong frontend skills in React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and operating scalable, distributed, and high-performance systems.
• Practical experience with Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Experience navigating multi-tenant and compliant environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in MarTech or AdTech (e.g., DSPs, bid stream processing, or data-intensive platforms).
• Domain expertise in Healthcare, Political, or Retail industries.
