Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of partner onboarding systems, integration platforms, and APIs
• Architect and build the Account Linking Platform to connect external partner accounts to Fanatics ONE identity
• Drive identity provider integrations ensuring secure and reliable connections at scale
• Build loyalty program integration systems for FanCash, Tier Point, and One Credit
• Own technical quality by establishing patterns, reviewing code, and ensuring system observability
• Partner with Identity, Loyalty, and SDK engineering teams to align on shared APIs and architecture
• Engage with external partner technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Improve developer experience through better tooling, documentation, and self-service capabilities
• Mentor engineers through pairing and design reviews

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in a staff-level or equivalent technical leadership role
• Strong full stack engineering background (backend services, APIs, and frontend tooling)
• Deep experience building integration platforms, partner APIs, or developer-facing systems
• Proven experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML
• Track record of architecting distributed systems at scale
• Experience working in a multi-tenant or multi-opco environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go and TypeScript/React
• Experience with loyalty, rewards, or payments platforms
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures like Kafka
• Experience building account linking or federation systems
• Prior experience in sportsbook, fintech, or regulated industries
