Staff Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship new and improved features to end users in collaboration with your team
• Write, debug, and optimize code for web apps, API, databases, and infrastructure
• Deliver code to production frequently and incrementally
• Collaborate through pair programming, mob programming, code reviews, and design sessions
• Contribute to technical design, architecture, and cross-team technical improvements
• Support and improve build and delivery pipelines
• Help grow other engineers and improve product quality and processes

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of professional software experience
• Experience at various company stages from startups to large tech players
• Proven track record of delivering impactful user and business outcomes
• Experience driving technical excellence via CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in collaborative, pair-programming environments
• Must live and work in the Americas timezones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Node and/or React at scale
• Experience with MongoDB or MySQL
• DevOps experience, especially on AWS
