Responsibilities

• Build the trust surface by creating interfaces where every number is drillable to its source and relationships are clear
• Own the frontend architecture by establishing patterns for components, state management, and data access
• Refactor early implementations into durable abstractions and evolve the design system
• Define contracts between frontend and backend systems to represent financial logic faithfully
• Set standards for both human engineers and AI-generated code by defining conventions and testing expectations
• Prevent architectural drift and work closely with backend engineers to ensure the interface reflects the underlying financial model

Requirements

• 8 or more years of frontend engineering experience
• Ownership of architecture or shared engineering standards
• Deep experience in React and TypeScript in complex product environments
• Strong systems thinking across components, state, and API boundaries
• Track record of raising engineering standards
• Comfort working in a dense, data-heavy domain
• Clear technical judgment
