Staff Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Guide the technical direction, maintenance, and performance optimization of the primary web application (React Router, Vite) and mobile application (Expo) platforms.
• Design, develop, and deploy complex user-facing features, including advanced order types, perpetual trading frameworks, and prediction markets.
• Maintain autonomy in executing full-stack adjustments by collaborating with TypeScript-based backend infrastructure.
• Leverage agentic software tools and advanced AI assistants to maximize code velocity and deployment efficiency.
• Formulate comprehensive execution strategies that translate high-level business goals into scalable technical plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, operating at a Staff-level with proven technical autonomy.
• Deep architectural understanding of the React ecosystem, modern state management, and asset compilation workflows.
• Direct technical experience building products within the blockchain ecosystem (Solana or EVM preferred).
• Proficiency operating within a modern, AI-augmented development environment using agentic coding tools.
• Strong foundational experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
