Responsibilities

• Build a clinical design system and component library from scratch
• Rethink and rewire hospital workflows into fast, keyboard-driven, intuitive experiences
• Architect interfaces to render real-time clinical data instantly using GraphQL subscriptions
• Engineer for accessibility, resilience, and performance in high-stakes medical environments
• Shape dense clinical and operational data into clear, glanceable, decision-ready interfaces
• Define frontend patterns, state management, and rendering architecture from first principles

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience with a deep frontend focus
• Expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS
• Deep understanding of browser internals, rendering performance, and the DOM rendering cycle
• Experience building real-time, reactive UIs against GraphQL APIs
• Proficiency with client-side data management, including caching and freshness
• Mastery of modern React patterns and functional programming principles
• Deep fluency with async control flow in JavaScript
• Experience building 0-1 products with strong product sense
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical trade-offs
