Staff Frontend Engineer

Responsibilities

• Be a major part of Gong's Frontend guild with developers from all teams
• Tackle hard technical problems at the architecture, code, and product levels
• Own features from wireframes and UX collaboration through to production
• Participate in architecture huddles to decide on code and best practices
• Translate vision into a scalable, high-performance SaaS product

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience developing web applications
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript
• Expert proficiency with React
• Experience with large-scale, cloud-based web applications
• Proven experience in the architecture of design systems and components
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with backend languages such as Java, Node.js, or C#
• Degree in Computer Science or a similar discipline
