About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with account leads and customer technical teams to scope and architect data sources and production paths
- Embed with customer engineering teams to integrate into cloud platforms and build production-grade pipelines
- Design and ship LLM and agent-powered systems including retrieval and agentic workflows
- Harden field learnings into the shared platform, including knowledge graphs, ontologies, and agent frameworks
- Build evaluation, tracing, and tooling to measure accuracy, hallucination rates, and latency
- Create reusable building blocks and clean interfaces to ensure platform leverage
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production software and data systems
- Deep expertise in AI/LLM systems including RAG and tool-use
- Strong data engineering skills with experience in Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, or similar
- Ability to architect solutions for ambiguous problems and messy data landscapes
- Comfort in customer-facing roles and running technical working sessions
- Willingness to travel to customer sites regularly (10-20%)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in grocery, retail, or supply chain data domains
- Knowledge of graph and vector stores such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate
- Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph or MCP protocols
- Background in MLOps, model serving, and LLM observability
- Prior experience in forward-deployed, solutions, or implementation engineering
